My green olive paste has a very strong, dense and salty flavour. It ‘s great to use as a tapenade, wonderful with pasta, vegetables and meat.
Also my green olive paste is great to use with salmon, simply spread on the fish, sprinkle the top with bread crumbs cover in foil and bake in the oven. Bellissimo!
Once opened keep refrigerated and use within one month
