Porcini Mushroom Sauce – a rich tomato sauce with porcini mushroom, garlic, olive oil and oregano

350g –    2-3 servings per jar

My Porcini Mushroom Sauce has a flavourful and distinctive taste. The word porcini means “piglet”. Heat the sauce and pour over your favourite cooked pasta sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese and fresh wild rocket leaves.
Porcini mushroom sauce is also great to use in a Lasagna it just adds a little twist!

Ingredients: Italian sun ripened plum tomatoes, tomato puree, porcini mushroom 15% , prcini mushroom powder, sunflower oil, olive oil, oregano, fresh garlic, salt, cracked black pepper, fresh basil
