Olives and Capers
Olives and Capers Sauce- a rich tomato sauce with black olives and capers oregano, garlic and fresh basil
350g – 2-3 servings per jar
Just heat my tasty olive and capers sauce and pour over your favourite cooked pasta.
To make a truly traditional Italian “puttanesca” sauce just add anchovies, heat and pour over cooked spaghetti , a sprinkle of black pepper, freshly grated parmesan cheese and fresh rocket leaves on top. For a special extra something add a few red, yellow and green finely chopped peppers to your pasta dish, delicious!
Ingredients: Italian sun ripened plum tomatoes, tomato juice, tomato puree, black olives 14%, capers 10%, sunflower oil, olive oil, oregano, fresh garlic, salt, cracked black pepper, fresh basil
